"My wife and I came across the Australian Denture Care Centre (Sebastian A Riggio) purely by chance when we were killing time waiting for new tyres to be fitted and were casually strolling along High Street Thornbury.

We had been talking about getting new dentures for a few years, so when we came across Sebastian Riggio's business and noticed there was only one person waiting to see him, we decided to inquire if he could give us a quote. Whilst waiting we began to chat to the other person in the waiting room and my wife asked the lady if she was happy with the work she had had done. She told us she was extremely happy and would willingly recommend Sebastian to new patients. We have since spoken to other patients we have met in the waiting room and they have all given us glowing reports.

Sebastian came out of the surgery and we explained the situation. We were invited in his office where we spoke in detail of our needs. We were very impressed with his friendliness and the way he spoke about our needs and the time and costs involved. There was no pressure from Sebastian to make a spot decision, in fact he suggested we get more quotes if we wished We knew then that this gentleman was no ordinary dental technician but a professional man who knew his job well. Because we felt so comfortable talking with him both my wife and I looked at each other and agreed there and then to proceed with getting new dentures and appropriate appointments were made to continue.

We have now both had dentures made. Sebastian had warned us of the problems we may have to endure at first but these have been less severe than we expected. My wife is totally happy with her new dentures and mine are settling nicely. We are still going through the adjustments phrase that have to be done with new dentures. Sebastian is a perfectionist when it comes to his work and we have no concerns about ringing to ask if we can call in for a "Trim" when necessary. We do not live locally but Sebastian has always fitted us in between appointments when necessary to make any little adjustments.

Both my wife and high highly recommend Sebastian to any prospective patients with no hesitation whatsoever."
