This is a patient that presented to me in 1996 where she inquired for new dentures and whilst examining her to my horror as I removed these appliances from he mouth I could not believe the over bulking of the labial and buckle regions of her appliance (both upper and lower). The lower is clasped to two ball-retained implants.
