COMPANY BACKGROUND

Accentu8 Novotecnica Pty Ltd (Accentu8) was established in 2006 by Mr. Sebastian Riggio. Its conception was initiated by the need for precision and efficient workflow in the denture making system. Its aim is to market and deliver globally, an innovative niche denture making technology known as the ‘Riggident System’ together with its revolutionary Dent8 products.

Accentu8 is backed by 18 years of intensive research and development by the founder. The Riggident System and its Dent8 products, is now at a commercially ready stage. The company consists of multi-skilled Executive Board Members and Executive Consultants, each armed with extensive expertise in their respective fields. This management team has been individually selected to combine the utmost of technical, entrepreneurial and business skills with the assurance of integrity, expert knowledge and flexible adaptation to volatile market trends.

Accentu8 envisions, practitioners worldwidedelivering dental appliances with the highest of precision in expedient timeframes to edentulous people, no matter the socio economic status.

TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND

Currently there are many fundamental problems encountered when constructing a denture; labour intensive work, time consuming, pseudo collaboration (insufficient and inefficient written and verbal communication between inter-relaters), precision difficulties and high costs incurred due to all the above factors.

These problematic factors were the instigators of a revolutionary invention, resulting in the ‘Riggident System’. In eliminating these problems, decades of research and development has been dedicated to this innovative and technologically competitive design building denture making system. Speed and precision are the main focal points of the system, benefiting both practitioners and patients alike.

The system process together with the use of its associated products, has been perfected and IP Protected creating the most unique revolutionary innovation in the history of dental prosthetics in centuries. The expedient manner with undeniable precision delivers impeccable perfection of the highest quality and accuracy of perfectly fitting dentures.

As a result, practitioners globally will be able to make and supply dental
appliances within three to four hours with total control and ability to self correct discrepancies without the need of inter-relaters, producing a cost-efficient,
precise system with duel benefits to both practitioners and patients.
 
The system has been tested and proven for the past eight years assisting patients with most pleasing results, a 100% success rate.

Accentu8 intends on releasing this evolutionary multiphase technology over the next decade, remaining at the forefront of the dental industry innovation in the future.
 

FOUNDER AND CEO BACKGROUND

Mr. Sebastian Riggio, CEO and Company Director of Accentu8 has been involved in the dental prosthetics industry for over 28 years, initially establishing his own dental laboratory known as ‘Aust-International Dental Laboratories,’ an extremely successful business which expanded rapidly over the years.

Mr. Riggio furthered his studies in the direction of his interest, the clinical area of removable prosthetics to broaden his services to patients requiring partial dental prosthetics. His aim was to provide the most accurate results in his profession assuring the utmost of integrity, dexterity and professionalism with the confidence to supply his patients the best possible treatment and denture experience.

Alongside his professional practice, Mr. Riggio has undertaken other successful business ventures as an Executive Director in the areas of International student recruitment, student accommodation and property and land development, as well as Director of an import/export company (Velrig Enterprises).

Currently Mr. Riggio heads Accentu8 with charisma and foresight. Equipped with entrepreneurial, innovative and international negotiational business skills he leads Accentu8 and its team with direction, commitment and motivation to achieve.

 Sebastian Riggio (CEO)
 
 
Mr. Sebastian Riggio the CEO and Company Director of Accentu8 Novotecnica, began his career in dental technology and furthered his academic studies by completing his dental prosthetic qualification in 1984 at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) in Victoria, Australia.

His qualification was granted, and Mr. Riggio immediately established his own dental laboratory known as ‘Aust-International Dental Laboratories’. The Aust-International Dental Laboratories business was essentially a crown and bridge laboratory that included a prosthetics department. This business was an extremely successful entity and expanded rapidly over the ensuing years.

At a clinical level Mr. Riggio’s interest flowed in the direction of removable prosthetics. He qualified as a Dental Prosthetist in 1988 and in 1990 completed further studies to broaden his services to patients requiring partial prosthetics.

In addition, in 1991 Mr. Riggio obtained his A. Dip in Dental Technology. The reason for furthering his studies was to arm himself with the information and confidence to supply his patients with the best possible treatment. His aim was to provide the most accurate results in his profession assuring the utmost of
dexterity, integrity and professionalism.

Mr. Riggio was a Board Member of the Dental Prosthetist Association of Victoria  between 1993 and 1998.

     
       
Lou Borrelli (Chief Financial Officer)

Lou Borrelli is the Proprietor of two financial planning practices based in the suburbs of Carlton and Glenroy in Melbourne. These practices focus on assisting clients in the areas of retirement, investment planning and insurance. Small business are also assisted with superannuation arrangements and business planning functions.

Lou worked for a major Australian importer for 20
years focusing on foreign exchange and interest rate risk management. The responsibilities also included
working with Australian and overseas based financial institutions in organising short term funding requirements.

Spanning over 15 years Lou has been involved in establishing and operating a number of small businesses.

Anthony Zita (Law)

Anthony Zita is the Principal of the legal firm John V. Hayes & Co. with 23 years in legal practice.

Anthony practises in commercial, corporate law and
property law principally advising private clients. His main areas of focus are general commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and group restructures.

Anthony has extensive expertise in the law relating to
residential and commercial property and commercial transactions. This includes acquisitions involving undertaking due diligence review of properties and leases, advising on all aspects of purchase from structuring, GST and financing and advising generally on all issues arising from Victorian property holdings.

Angelo Serruto (Global Business Director)

Angelo Serruto has been the Managing Director of Pro Technology for over 25 years. In that period introducing ground breaking products into the sign and print industry transforming labour intensive production methods into one where technology is at the forefront of manufacturing. This technology was expanded into plastics, wood and metal industries with CAD CAM production systems and software.
Sales and distribution of these new and innovative niche products has placed his company as one of the market leaders. He is also involved in various enterprises as Co-Director in hospitality with award winning entertainment venues and Co-Director of retail clothing stores.
Vast property acquisitions in both commercial and residential.

Share holdings in various corporations and abalone
fishing licenses added to Angelo’s various investment portfolios and extensive business experience
     
 
  Connie Riggio (Marketing Director)

Connie Riggio operates her own firm as a Business Marketing Consultant predominantly servicing the northern region of Victoria.

The firm’s focus, recommending and implementing business and marketing strategies via advertising campaigns, promotional material and system process analysis in order to increase clients’ profiles, generate new business and business growth.

Connie has worked in both the public (Local
Council) and private sectors (Arthur Andersen &
Deloitte Touch Tohmatsu) over the past decade. Focal points of her past experience include project management, creations of business and marketing plans, procedure manuals, PC support, system programming and testing (development, implementation and system maintenance), user training, personal relations, report writing, statistics, system auditing, chair person and marketing.

Chanel Alyce (Personal Assistant to Mr. S Riggio)
 
Chanel Alyce is the Company Secretary and PA to Mr. S Riggio and has held this position for the past 2 years.
 
In parallel to this position, Chanel is currently attending university studying within the legal and arts sector.
 
Chanel’s past experience includes head of administration and secretary to the following firms: aBig, Gr8co, Velrig Enterprises and Australian Denture Care Centre over the past 8 years.
 
Chanel’s duties at Accentu8 involve; project management, marketing, correspondence co-ordinator, website design and creation, power point presentations and minute taker.

Tarryn Krysten (Administration Co-ordinator)
 
The position Tarryn Krysten holds is Office Administrator and Event Co-ordinator and has held this position for the past 2 years.
 
In parallel to this position, Tarryn is currently attending university studying within the legal and arts sector.
 
Tarryn’s past experience involved administration for Australian Denture Care Centre spaning over the past 2 years.
 
Tarryn’s current duties involve; correspondence co-ordination, event management, assistant to PA, power point presentations, filing, scheduling, minute distribution and purchase orders.

Michael Mete (Manufacturing and Operations Manager)

Michael Mete has been the Managing Director of the Melbourne based company, Ultimate Shutter for over two decades. Michael’s successes include the development and distribution of unique and innovative products worldwide.
 
His fortes are facilitating in manufacturing and development of unique processes for industry on a global scale.
     
 
 
Mark Cerasuolo (Technical Executive)
 
Mark Cerasuolo has been involved in the Dental Industry for over 20 years. Currently he manages a private dental prosthetic practice and is also a practitioner for Government health clinics.
