What is Bruxism/Bruxomania?

Bruxism is commonly known as the process of the grinding or gnashing of teeth during sleep.

Bruxomania is a nervous disorder, which is carried out by the action of grinding teeth.

Your practitioner will suggest that you purchase a retainer or mouth/night guard that will be specifically hand crafted for your mouth and teeth. The guard will be made out of a special plastic, which will assure you comfort and total dentition protection.
